Direct Extrusion Printing

It is an innovative technology, made on specific request of Fama3D, which allows to have an extrusion speed from 20 to 50 times higher than the traditional FDM technology and significantly lower costs. It allows to produce big size parts at a reasonable costs.

Print volume 1300x1300x1300mm on the diagonal up to 1800mm. Print speed up to 2kg / h with 5mm nozzle and recycled PP + wood fiber

MaterialsApplications
All materials are recycled and recyclable:
    • PP + Recycled wood fibers
    • CERTIFICATIONS
    Biocomposite produced and certified according to: ISO9001, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO50001, Chain of Custody, FSC and PEFC. Certified according to ISCC. Plus fire certification include EN13501-1 class E, and EN 1021-1, EN 1021-2.
