FAQ
You can order parts with either a single color or with a complex texture. The .stl files can contain information of a single color, you will already see it colored in the preview and then proceed with the order without providing any further information. You can also upload a .stl file without color but specifying the desired RAL in the notes field, we will then apply it for you. If you have an .obj file containing a texture, you will have to load the .zip file containing the obj, mtl and jpg files into the quoting tool and proceed with the order by selecting PA12 Multicolor as the material. The online quoting tools accepts 3D files with .stl/.obj extensions only, for other formats contact us via contact forms or write to us supporto@fama3d.com
The maximum file size is 250MB. If your file is large, please contact us for a personalized quote.

We currently print in Nylon PA12 (Classic, white and multicolor), Rubber like 91° Rubber (TPU), UV-LFS resins with various characteristics, AISI316 stainless steel and Aluminium, direct extrusion of recycled PLA and PP+wood pellets.

Production will take from 1 to 7 business days from the time of payment (selecting suitable production leadtime options).
Important Advice: Orders received after 3.00 pm will be considered as received the next day. The days of production are intended as working days.

Production lead time 1, 2 and 5 working days are guaranteed, while if you choose standard “7 days” the delivery is indicative and represents an average time frame in which most orders are processed but which can vary based on various factors.
Shipping costs start at 7.4 euros and are calculated and highlighted in real time in your cart. They are free for orders over 249 euros + vat
Our standard packaging involves packing in plastic bags and cardboard boxes by dividing the pieces in order to optimize protection and space. Special packaging, division by item, single packaging, labelling, division of orders, are on request and can be priced separately. If necessary, please contact us for a quote.
Files containing multiple separate objects will not be accepted. Each object must be loaded individually in our online price calculator in order to ensure adequate quality control management. For PA12 prints any groups of objects within a single file must reach us already designed inside a suitable containment cage (with a thickness of at least 1 mm and suitable meshes to contain the objects). Inside the cage, remember to space the objects at least 3 mm. The cage will be treated as a single object from cleaning to eventual matte black coloring. It will not be possible for us to guarantee the finish and quality control of the objects contained in the cage. Anthracite finish and paint options are not available. Any multi-part files that have only thins connections between objects will no longer be accepted in order to avoid break of connections and loss of parts in the printing nest.
Due to the customized nature of the ordered asset, return and withdrawal from the purchase agreement is not permitted.
